Covid-19 Safety Protocols
We understand there has been much uncertainty around travel since COVID-19 has come to the forefront. This retreat has been designed to optimize your experience while holding the health and safety of our travelers and staff to the highest standard. For this reason, we are requiring all attendees to show proof of full vaccination plus one booster or results of a PCR test taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival.
Trip cancellations, due to COVID-19 or for other reasons, will be subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon with the operator during registration. In the unlikely circumstance that this event cannot take place, any funds received related to the event will be used to support the highest priorities of The Nature Conservancy in Georgia. Event cancellation shall not be deemed a breach of contract by The Nature Conservancy. The Nature Conservancy deeply appreciates your generosity and understanding that your support will empower our conservation mission.
