Register for a week of cutting-edge science, networking, and professional development. Join us in person to engage directly with TNC colleagues. Livestreamed sessions of plenaries and presentations will enable remote participation.

Registration Details and Participants Responsibilities:
Your registration includes access to all onsite events (plenaries, talks, poster sessions), as well as daily breakfast and lunch buffets, coffee breaks, the opening plenary dinner, and a networking event. Participants must cover their travel expenses to Mexico City. In addition, participants are responsible for all costs outside of registration, including incidentals, dinners, transportation between the airport and hotel, and any other travel related expenses.

The Gathering and all associated activities will take place at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma. The Gathering team will make your accommodation reservation.

In-person participants will be asked to enter their planned hotel check-in and check-out dates on the next page.  Please calculate the number of hotel nights you will need carefully.  For example, if you plan to check in Monday, November 11 and check out Friday, November 15, you will need 4 hotel nights.  Participants are encouraged to arrive early on Monday, November 11, in time for the opening plenary session/dinner at 6pm. Please review the agenda when considering your travel plans.
