Immerse yourself in this nature sanctuary on a special full-day trip. Permanently protected through a conservation easement with TNC, Little St. Simons Island is a privately owned barrier island accessible only by boat. One of Georgia’s Golden Isles, it boasts 11,000 acres of untouched coastal wilderness that teem with natural beauty and biodiversity. With an island naturalist as your guide and binoculars in hand, spend the day exploring maritime forests, salt marshes and pristine beaches while also taking in the abundant bird life.

Cost: $200 per person plus tax ($214 total)
Includes boat transportation to and from the island, all activities on the island, and lunch.
Fee will be paid directly to Little St. Simons Island. Instructions for payment will be included in your confirmation email. Fee is refundable until 72-hours prior to field trip date.
Additional Information: Most of your adventure on island will be conducted by open-air truck, but some walking is required (~ 1 mile).
To allow more members the opportunity to participate, please limit your registration in this series to two in-person field trips per person.
