EVENT DETAILS
The Clymer Meadow Preserve Tour is a walking tour across the beautiful tallgrass prairie at our Clymer Meadow Preserve near Celeste, Texas.
The Nature Conservancy's Clymer Meadow Preserve is a 1,475-acre preserve that protects one of the largest and last remaining remants of the Blackland Prairie. This tallgrass prairie provides diverse offerings of wildflowers, wildlife, and wetland habitat.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Registration is required.
VISITOR CAPACITY: Space is limited. Please register for event.
WHEN: Saturday, April 19, 2025. The tour will start at 9:00am and end around 12:00pm at our Clymer Meadow Preserve near Celeste, TX.
COST: This event is FREE.
Please note:
- Bring plenty of water and any snacks
- Bring binoculars and/or a camera, if you have them!
- Close-toed shoes, long pants, and hats are highly recommended
- Insect repellent and sunscreen recommended
- Cell service may be spotty on the preserve
- Tour is rain or shine!
- NO PETS
- Drones are not permitted
