Event Details

Join us for an afternoon of volunteering with TNC at Pearl Jackson Crosstimbers Preserve. You'll gain exclusive early access to this beautiful preserve before it opens to the public, all while enjoying the company of fellow nature enthusiasts.

Arrive at the workday between 8:15 and 8:30am and depart by noon. TNC will provide water and granola bars and will have sunscreen and bug spray available. We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing a hat, long pants, a long sleeve shirt and sturdy shoes/boots.

The day will consist of collecting, sorting, and processing seeds from native flowers.
